Formula
Web = width × across + gaps + trim
Linear m = ⌈qty ÷ across⌉ × (height + gap) × (1 + waste)
Cost = m² × price + ink + setup; Price = Cost ÷ (1 − margin)
Assumptions & limits
- Finishing (varnish, foil, die) should be added to setup or material price.
Worked example
Web 173 mm; 10,000 × 53 mm × 1.08 = 572.4 m → 99.0 m² × 0.9 + 30 + 120 = 239.12 ÷ 0.7 = 341.60.
